Coach franchise teams through Five Guys brand standards, operational excellence, and relationship building across an assigned restaurant network. Travel is required. The Franchise Business Manager provides critical assistance to franchisees and their teams, helping operators strengthen performance and recognize successes. You will work with approximately 40 to 60 franchise-owned locations, delivering hands-on development and clear communication. Success requires restaurant operations expertise, business management knowledge, financial understanding, and commitment to the REAL Core Convictions.

Requirements:
- Five or more years of related experience
- Multi-unit workplace experience with restaurant operations required
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and documents
- Knowledge of franchise, development, lease, and related documents
- Four-year college degree preferred Support Five Guys franchise performance with hands-on coaching, operational expertise, clear communication, and REAL leadership principles.
