Key Responsibilities
- Inspire consultants to achieve sales, service, and business objectives
- Strengthen sales effectiveness through coaching sessions and call reviews

Requirements:
- Three to five years’ leadership experience in wealth, insurance, or sales
- Proven sales-team leadership and business-results achievement
- Demonstrated performance management and mentoring skills
