Lead building operations for Pomerleau Construction with expertise in safety, scheduling, and quality. Work Wednesday through Sunday on major projects. As an experienced Superintendent, you will support current and ongoing growth within Pomerleau Construction’s Building Operations team. You will work on building and infrastructure projects valued from $1.5 million to more than $1 billion. The work involves project management teams, clients, trade partners, consultants, and subtrades. Your leadership will help maintain project excellence, health and safety, quality, and completion targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion health, safety, and environmental protection across job sites
- Manage materials supporting the Quality Program and project excellence
- Mentor on-site teams and foster collaboration
- Coordinate trades,



consultants, schedules, milestones, and completion dates
- Maintain accurate project records and inventory

Requirements:
- Seven-plus years in on-site construction environments
- Experience with projects valued from $20 million to $100 million-plus
- Construction certificate, diploma, degree, or relevant experience
- Experience managing safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control
- Ability to work with trades, stakeholders, computers, and scheduling software Bring construction leadership, safety knowledge, scheduling expertise, and quality focus to Pomerleau’s Building Operations team.
