Apply construction scheduling and site leadership skills as PCL’s Superintendent for a landmark hospital project in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The position serves PCL’s Toronto District. As Superintendent at PCL Constructors Canada Inc., you will oversee field execution while coordinating project teams, own forces, trades, and stakeholders. Your work will include developing resource-loaded lookahead schedules, addressing constructability concerns, and maintaining budget and quality compliance. The position requires robust construction operations knowledge and effective project communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Create complete project schedules and identify critical paths
- Develop Project Execution Plans and three-week lookahead schedules
- Coordinate field engineers, estimators, subcontractors, and site contractors
- Manage schedule conflicts,



work interferences, risks, and opportunities
- Lead effective meetings with clients, consultants, trades, and employees

Requirements:
- Journeyman certificate or related undergraduate engineering degree
- Enrollment in the Gold Seal program preferred
- Five years of progressive field supervision experience preferred
- Ability to apply scheduling software and basic engineering principles
- Conflict resolution, problem solving, judgment, and relationship skills Use site supervision, project scheduling, construction coordination, and problem-solving expertise to deliver PCL’s Halifax hospital build.
