Lead advanced manufacturing readiness at Modine through automation and process engineering across hybrid plant launch assignments in Calgary or Wisconsin. This Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Lead serves as a PMO workstream lead for recent plant launches. You will integrate manufacturing solutions into launch plans while coordinating with program, project, engineering, operations, and quality teams. The work focuses on scalable processes, equipment, layouts, and technical readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent manufacturing engineering in PMO planning and execution
- Support equipment installation, process validation, and layout optimization
- Integrate automation, digital tools, and advanced technologies
- Resolve launch-phase technical issues and escalate risks




- Develop standard work, documentation, and training materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Minimum five years’ manufacturing engineering or plant launch experience
- Experience with commissioning, validation, and layout design
- Understanding of automation, digital tools, and lean principles
