This Rig Manager directs crew performance and daily rig operations while reporting to the Field Superintendent. Responsibilities include organizing rig moves, planning repairs and maintenance, coordinating staff, and addressing work issues. The role also develops action plans for competency and training gaps.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a drilling Rig Manager
- Solid leadership in planning and operational decisions

- Strong mechanical aptitude with manual dexterity
