Lead retail design, engineering, and capital planning for T&T; Supermarket store conversions in a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Apply technical judgment across complex building projects. As Director, Design & Engineering, you will assess sites, define conversion requirements, and coordinate design development. The role oversees cost estimating, mechanical systems, contractor bidding, and construction handoff. You will work with internal teams, landlords, consultants, contractors, and public authorities to align scope, costs, approvals, and technical requirements for T&T; stores.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess buildings, site conditions, fit-out requirements, risks, and capital needs
- Develop cost plans covering assumptions, contingencies, and cost drivers
- Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and public authorities
- Lead contractor selection, bidding,



submissions, and bid evaluations
- Support construction handoff and resolve design or engineering questions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum twelve years’ progressive building engineering or construction experience
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience coordinating broad internal and external project stakeholders
