Drive customer expansion at SOCi.ai through account-based marketing, AI-enabled workflows, and revenue-focused campaigns across distributed brands. As Director, Customer & Partner Marketing, you will lead programs supporting cross-sell, upsell, retention, and account growth. Partner with Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing. Use segmentation, account intelligence, behavioral signals, automation, and performance data to engage complex B2B buying groups and prioritize resources against revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer marketing strategies generating expansion pipeline and retention support
- Build account-based campaigns for multi-location and franchise organizations
- Lead lifecycle campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, events,



and communications
- Translate launches into cross-sell and upsell campaigns
- Analyze performance and optimize investments against revenue impact

Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- 5+ years in customer, expansion, or partner marketing
- 3+ years managing and developing high-performing teams
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-enabled workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Lead SOCi.ai customer growth marketing with account-based strategy, automation, analytics, and measurable expansion pipeline ownership.
