As a Senior Software Engineer, Security, you will contribute directly to a complex cross-platform product. Your work spans Go development, identity, OCI runtimes, Linux kernel internals, and security-sensitive engineering. You will make security a first-class concern within the Desktop team, not an outside review function.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Docker Desktop security-sensitive code in Go
- Review designs and code with a security perspective
- Conduct threat modeling for authentication and runtime features
- Coordinate vulnerability reports, CVEs,



and remediation
- Maintain security documentation, guidelines, and runbooks

Requirements:
- Six or more years of software engineering experience
- Robust proficiency writing production-grade Go code
- Understanding of Linux container security fundamentals
- Familiarity with OCI specifications and runtime internals
