Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and AMS delivery for Infosys near Mississauga, coordinating global teams, governance, and service performance. This Program Manager Cum AMS Service Delivery Manager oversees end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud programs and steady-state application support. The position manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, stakeholders, and ITIL-aligned delivery. It requires leadership across functional, technical, integration, data migration, reporting, security, testing, and support workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Govern scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and contractual commitments
- Lead global teams through design, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Operate AMS processes for incidents, changes, releases, and escalations
- Manage transition readiness, knowledge transfer, runbooks, and hypercare exit




- Communicate status, decisions, risks, and recovery actions to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Twenty years of information technology experience, including fifteen in Oracle ERP leadership
- Solid Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation program leadership experience
- Demonstrated AMS, ITIL, ITSM, SLA, KPI, and governance experience
- Bachelor’s degree or qualifying progressive specialty experience
