Shape Canadian business platforms at CDW Canada through product strategy, roadmaps, and stakeholder leadership. This role includes in-person meetings at the CDW Canada office. The Product Manager supports sellers and services teams across Marketing Automation, CRM, CPQ, PSA, and CLM platforms. You will translate business needs into product opportunities, align Canadian requirements with CDW’s direction, and guide products through delivery, adoption, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps for Canadian business platforms
- Prioritize investments using business value and technology capacity
- Represent Canadian requirements in enterprise product planning
- Coordinate dependencies, capacity, delivery, and stakeholder alignment




- Monitor adoption, efficiency, value, and user satisfaction KPIs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five-plus years managing products, platforms, or technology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and recommendation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
- Experience with Agile, Protected, Scrum, and Kanban approaches Lead CDW Canada’s platform strategy with product management, business partnership, and cross-functional technology expertise.
