Lead finished products operations at Grande Prairie Mill through safety, production, and quality oversight in a salaried full time position. Coordinate teams across manufacturing and shipping areas. The Finished Products Front Line Leader provides on-shift leadership across the Wet End, Dry End, Warehouse, Rail Yard, and Shipping and Traffic areas. This position uses operations, maintenance, and support resources to maximize performance. Responsibilities include schedule adherence, staffing, training, engagement, product quality, and overall shift performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Role model safety and intervene to maintain an injury-free workplace
- Lead safety, environment, quality, and production activities
- Monitor performance inputs and outputs, implementing action plans




- Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and crews
- Lead investigations, performance management, and fire captain duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma with equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Pulp or paper mill experience and process knowledge are assets
- Clear communication, organization, and adaptability
