We’re excited to share an chance for an existing vacancy as a Maintenance & Facilities Manager. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and management experience, with a focus on preventative maintenance, team development, and maintaining a safe and productive facility. Daily Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all maintenance and facilities operations to ensure optimal equipment performance and facility reliability.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance (PM) programs to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, operational efficiency, and equipment performance.
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, contractors, and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards.




- Promote Lean Manufacturing principles and a culture of continuous improvement. Mandatory Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory and/or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations, preventative maintenance, and facility management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Requirements
- Experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs and maintenance planning.
- Experience using SAP or other computerized maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Previous experience managing maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility.
- Experience with equipment reliability, facility upgrades, and maintenance project management. Salary Range $120,000
