Lead municipal capital project delivery in Caledon through construction inspections, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination. Work across office, remote, and after-hours schedules as required. As Project Manager, Capital Inspections, you will manage assigned Town of Caledon infrastructure projects. Your work includes coordinating contractors, consultants, residents, Town staff, utilities, and partner municipalities. You will monitor compliance, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, and project records while supporting construction progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and report on construction projects against standards and drawings
- Lead contract administration and capital infrastructure inspections
- Inspect roads, storm sewers, sidewalks, lighting, and drainage facilities




- Develop procurement documents and lead construction progress meetings
- Review payment certificates, deficiencies, as-built drawings, and certifications

Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
- Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Three to five years of related municipal engineering experience
- Project management training and direct construction knowledge
- Proficiency with contract administration, AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office Bring municipal engineering, inspection, and project management expertise to capital infrastructure delivery for the Town of Caledon.
