Shape reliable workflows across growing operations. As Senior Business Applications Analyst, you will bring CRM, finance, HR, telephony, and collaboration platforms into IT ownership. You will map processes, redesign workflows, configure purchased systems, and prepare order-to-cash data for NetSuite. The role works directly with senior stakeholders and process owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Transition business application ownership from departments into IT
- Map and improve sales, marketing, finance, people, and support processes
- Prepare product, pricing, and customer data for NetSuite




- Build automations and integrations using connectors and low-code tools
- Manage intake, backlog, support, access, inventory, and renewals

Requirements:
- Five or more years administering business SaaS platforms hands-on
- Demonstrated process mapping, redesign, and implementation experience
- Experience with quote-to-cash or order-to-billing processes
- Integration experience with connectors and low-code tooling
