Lead people and clinic operations at Laura Gatien & Associates across Saint John and Fredericton, using coaching and practical leadership. Reporting to the Founder and CEO, the Director of Operations & People leads contract therapists and administrative staff. This senior role supports both clinics, strengthens how systems serve people, and keeps teams connected to LGA’s mission and values. The work centers on coaching, metrics, facilities, and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support therapists in delivering their intended client impact
- Lead, coach, and develop the administrative team
- Check in regularly with Clinic Leads
- Track metrics and identify barriers to team goals
- Oversee operations and facilities across both offices

Requirements:
- 10+ years leading people in established service-based organizations
- Experience in small to medium-sized business environments
- Coaching leadership style and calm maturity under pressure
- Ability to simplify processes without losing what matters
- Based in Saint John with regular Fredericton travel Bring people-first leadership, operational judgment, coaching, and metrics experience to LGA’s two-office counselling practice.
