Lead electrical design delivery at Hatch with 3D modeling and multidisciplinary coordination across mining, energy, and infrastructure projects. Support projects from feasibility through detail design. As a Senior Electrical Designer, you will supervise designers and assist with electrical deliverables for large projects. The work includes design reviews, technical issue resolution, quality oversight, and schedule coordination. Hatch’s Control, Automation and Electrical team delivers projects through a multidisciplinary EPCM setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, review, and check electrical designs produced by team members
- Manage designer schedules and coordinate multidisciplinary interactions
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for approved concepts
- Develop 3D models for equipment, ducts,



and cable trays
- Resolve electrical design issues throughout project lifecycles

Requirements:
- Electrical engineering diploma from a recognized college
- Minimum ten years of electrical design experience
- Large-project experience in mining, power, petrochemical, or refinery industries
- Proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD, MicroStation PSDS, or OpenPlant
- Site experience with walk-downs, field measurements, and commissioning Bring senior electrical design leadership, 3D modeling expertise, and multidisciplinary coordination to Hatch project delivery teams.
