This experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager will manage projects from initial planning and design development through site commencement. You will work with estimating, design, commercial, operational, and quantity surveying teams to prepare viable projects. The position requires construction methodologies, programmes, procurement, risk management, and CDM knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Experience as a Pre-Construction Project Manager or similar
- Construction, housebuilding, or related project management experience
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Understanding of construction methodologies, programmes, and sequencing
