The work connects Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Planning, Procurement, and other site functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical personnel
- Steward one-year and five-year capital plans
- Manage portfolio prioritization, forecasting, costs, scope, and execution
- Maintain Management of Change and engineering document controls




- Prioritize integrity risks, deficiencies, and inspection requirements

Requirements:
- Engineering degree and valid APEGS Skilled Engineer license
- Ten years of progressive engineering or industrial experience
- Experience leading technical professionals and developing effective teams
- Understanding of capital projects, governance, integrity, and safety
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, risks, and complex projects Bring engineering leadership, capital portfolio management, and governance expertise to strengthen Nutrien’s site reliability and long-term performance.
