Shape strategic communications processes at Desjardins through structured analysis, coordination, and clear recommendations. This is a temporary twelve-month Senior Advisor position. Working with the Strategic Advice, Communication and Performance Team, you support complex mandates and divisional initiatives. You contribute to communication strategies, operational improvements, and recommendations based on synthesized information and comprehensive analysis. Coordination remains central when working with contributors across wide-ranging fields.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop communications strategies for complex mandates
- Enhance cross-sector communications supporting strategic projects
- Coordinate divisional governing bodies and quarterly meetings




- Represent the unit before senior management committees
- Promote initiatives aligned with mission and strategic plan

Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification combination
- Relevant coordination or communications experience of one year
- Experience preparing executive summaries, presentations, and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Advanced French proficiency, spoken and written Use strategic communications, coordination, and executive deliverable skills to support Desjardins divisional mandates and stakeholders.
