As an independent contractor with Bayshore Integrated Care Solutions, you will assess, treat, educate, and manage clients receiving Occupational Therapy services. You will work within an interdisciplinary care model supporting recovery, independence, and meaningful outcomes in community settings. Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate and modify treatment plans as client needs change

Requirements:
