Cintas seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager in Etobicoke to coordinate equipment reliability, budgets, and safety processes. This full time first-shift role oversees maintenance operations. You will manage facility and equipment assignments while scheduling preventative maintenance across Cintas facilities. The work includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus parts, labor, capital expenditures, and suppliers. You will prepare reports, respond to emergency alarms, and supervise maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage building, equipment, capital expenditure, and labor budgets
- Prepare maintenance reports and evaluate parts suppliers
- Negotiate with internal and external service companies




- Respond to emergency alarms and maintain staffing levels
- Conduct training and mentor the maintenance team

Requirements:
- Minimum five years industrial processing equipment repair experience
- Minimum two years supervising maintenance personnel
- Experience with maintenance management systems and parts management
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet tools
- Ability to stand seven hours during an eight-hour shift Bring maintenance planning, supplier coordination, budgeting, and team supervision experience to Cintas facility operations in Etobicoke.
