This full time position offers onsite and hybrid work options. The Business Development Manager owns the end-to-end growth pipeline for a defined geographic region. The position identifies, qualifies, and secures contracts while deepening existing program relationships. It connects market intelligence, partnership development, and customer needs to expand the TacCIS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
