Lead DCM’s Brampton plant onsite, directing production, client services, quality, logistics, and finance through strategic operational leadership. As General Manager, you will guide the strategic direction and operational performance of DCM’s headquarters location. You will ensure functional areas work cohesively toward customer expectations, financial targets, and corporate objectives. The role also drives accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Own operational performance across production, scheduling, quality, logistics, and deliverables Lead department heads and supervisors through coaching and succession planning Serve as primary escalation point for client service concerns Drive local strategy, continuous improvement,



and technology integration Manage site budget, cost control, and capital planning Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or related field Minimum ten years’ senior manufacturing management experience leading teams Solid financial acumen for budgeting and cost decisions Strategic planning and operational management experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and manufacturing safety knowledge Bring strategic planning, financial acumen, and operational leadership to DCM’s onsite Brampton manufacturing environment.
