Lead pharmaceutical medical strategy and scientific content at BGBx, guiding brand messaging, deliverables, and execution across healthcare communications projects. As Medical Director, you serve as the medical strategy and content lead for assigned brands. You provide strategic guidance from kickoff through execution, review work for scientific quality, and help translate client expectations into plans. The position includes onboarding, training, and mentoring Associate Medical Directors, Senior Medical Writers, or Medical Writers. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee content translation and execution against brand strategy Guide teams on messaging, style,

Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, science, or equivalent Three to four years in pharmaceutical advertising Experience with healthcare qualified promotional workstreams Experience managing and mentoring junior medical team members Success partnering with creative, strategy, and account teams Bring medical strategy, scientific communication, client partnership, and mentoring experience to BGBx as Medical Director.
