Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP Group Reporting production support
- Resolve incidents and service requests through troubleshooting
- Analyze recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions




- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Group Reporting functionality

Requirements:
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting experience
- Financial consolidation and group reporting understanding
- Post-go-live or AMS support experience
- Production incident resolution and root-cause analysis experience
- Ability to work independently in remote support Apply SAP Group Reporting configuration, troubleshooting, consolidation, and AMS skills supporting remote Canadian public sector operations.
