Support AMZ Prep’s US expansion through cross-border accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting across North American operations. This Financial Controller leads financial and accounting components of the US entity setup. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Strategy, you will coordinate advisers, develop intercompany processes, and support transfer pricing. The position also oversees statutory reporting, audits, reconciliations, treasury, and controls. Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial components of US entity setup Coordinate external tax, legal, and accounting advisers Develop intercompany accounting processes and documentation Support transfer pricing and cross-border tax planning Coordinate year-end reporting and audit requirements Requirements:

Significant experience in financial accounting or controllership Knowledge of Canadian corporate tax and HST Understanding of payroll compliance and audit requirements Experience with US entities or cross-border accounting preferred Robust communication and cross-department collaboration skills Apply cross-border finance, tax compliance, and accounting leadership to help establish AMZ Prep’s scalable US structure.
