Guide Halifax Water’s engineering team through major capital infrastructure delivery, from straightforward linear renewal to high-risk structures. The Senior Manager, Capital Project Delivery, oversees design and construction execution while strengthening delivery capability. Reporting to the Director, Engineering & Capital Infrastructure, this leader identifies executive-level issues, recommends mitigation, and maintains relationships across project communities. Take an active role in identified high-risk projects Report issues and recommendations to executive leadership Assure adherence to Halifax Water design practices Build team capability for diverse capital projects Act as contact for design and construction resolution Requirements:

Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer designation Seven years’ related municipal engineering experience Progressively responsible experience Direct supervision experience Lead infrastructure delivery with civil engineering credentials, high-risk project judgment, and direct supervisory experience at Halifax Water.
