This senior engineering role focuses on internal developer experience, platform automation, and secure AI agent integration. You will write production code using languages such as C#, Go, or Python while working with Backstage, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability. Your work will establish production-ready service templates, developer self-service, and governed software delivery practices. Own Backstage portal, catalog, templates, TechDocs, and plugins Build production-ready service scaffolding with pipelines and infrastructure Encode quality, security,



and policy checks into templates Improve local development, previews, testing, and pipeline duration Gather developer feedback and maintain tested platform code Requirements:

Eight to ten years in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering Hands-on Backstage or equivalent internal developer portal experience Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, and major cloud experience CI/CD and release engineering experience Production software development experience in any language Shape Flinks’ internal platform with Backstage, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and production software engineering expertise.
