Lead capital projects and engineering strategy at Unilever’s Rexdale Factory, focusing on reliability, utilities optimization, and technical capability development. The Engineering Manager owns end-to-end capital delivery while aligning engineering governance with Unilever Manufacturing Systems standards. This role leads investment planning, project governance, asset reliability, and utilities efficiency. It also builds engineering capability through coaching, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM discipline Five-plus years’ progressive FMCG or high-speed manufacturing experience Capital project delivery experience covering scope, cost, and schedule Experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams Solid stakeholder management and communication skills Apply engineering leadership, capital delivery, and governance expertise to strengthen Unilever’s Rexdale Factory performance.
