Lead DevSecOps practice development, automation, and security integration for BCI from the Victoria, BC office. Connect development, operations, and cyber security teams. Reporting to the Director, Application Delivery, the Manager, DevSecOps provides technical leadership across BCI’s Technology department. You will advance DevSecOps principles, products, and services while supporting solution development, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. The role also covers workload automation and MuleSoft integrations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the DevSecOps roadmap across development, operations, and cyber security Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tools Identify vulnerabilities throughout the solution development life cycle Manage technical teams through mentorship, coaching,



and guidance Support workload automation tooling and MuleSoft integrations Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, computer science, or related field Five to seven years leading technical teams Three or more years leading DevSecOps or transformation Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and cyber security Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Bring DevSecOps leadership, automation expertise, and security knowledge to strengthen BCI’s solution delivery capabilities in Victoria.
