You will learn each employee’s strengths, gaps, goals, and motivations, then create clear development plans. You will personally onboard new hires, manage ramp benchmarks, and improve training after every cohort. Working with the Montreal Sales Leader, you will build Vault University, shared playbooks, and documented coaching standards. You will also handle hiring, performance improvement plans, reviews, and escalation of personnel challenges. The position requires a polished communicator who combines empathy with high standards.
