Strengthen Agape Table’s financial sustainability through fundraising, grant development, donor engagement, and strategic nonprofit leadership in Winnipeg. As Executive Director, you will advance the organization’s mission while overseeing operations, financial resources, and program delivery. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will develop funding strategies, prepare budgets, maintain controls, and cultivate relationships with donors, funders, government representatives, and community agencies. The role also leads employees and volunteers. Key Responsibilities:
