Lead financial planning and forecasting for a multinational manufacturing company’s service business in a senior Director of FP&A; role. Shape decisions through modeling and analysis. This Director of FP&A; leads annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning. The position partners with service leadership, operations, commercial teams, and Customer Success leaders. It also develops reporting, KPIs, and financial insights supporting growth, profitability, and working capital performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Develop revenue, margin, cost, and headcount forecasts
- Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Ten-plus years of progressive finance or FP&A; experience
- Leadership experience in FP&A; or operational finance
- Solid modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills
