One World Staffing is an event staffing and workforce solutions company providing professional personnel for events across North America and internationally.

We partner with event organizers to deliver successful events by providing reliable, professional, and dedicated event staff.

We are currently recruiting event staff for upcoming Candlelight Concerts, organized by Fever. These unique musical experiences feature live performances by talented musicians in beautiful venues surrounded by hundreds of LED candles.

Two exciting performances are scheduled at the same venue:

- Candlelight: A Tribute to Michael Jackson – 6:30 PM
- Candlelight: A Tribute to Queen and The Beatles – 8:45 PM

We are looking for dependable individuals to join our team and help deliver an excellent experience for guests.

EVENT DETAILS

- Event: Candlelight Concerts
- Date: Friday, November 13, 2026
- Venue: Christ Church Cathedral
- Full Address: 930 Burdett Avenue, Victoria, BC V8V 3G8, Canada
- Shift: Approximately 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM (start time is tentative and subject to change)
- Minimum Shift: 8 hours
- Pay Rate: $19 per hour
- Payment: Biweekly
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.




- Scan tickets and manage guest entry.
- Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
- Assist with crowd management and general event operations.
- Follow instructions from the onsite team lead.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Must be available for the full shift (minimum 8 hours).
- Must strictly follow the all-black dress code: black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
- Must have good communication and customer service skills.
- Previous event staffing experience is an asset.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

Reliability is extremely important. We are looking for individuals who take their commitments seriously, arrive on time, and can be counted on to complete their scheduled shifts.
