Job Overview

As a Shop Assistant, you help keep the shop clean, welcoming, and ready for customers. You support smooth daily operations by maintaining an orderly space, assisting visitors, and helping colleagues keep the shop running efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Receive and store parts, following inventory procedures.
- Keep customer areas, shelves, and workspaces clean and orderly throughout the day.
- Detail/clean vehicles, including customers and courtesy vehicles.
- Support colleagues with routine shop tasks.
- Support office personnel with answering phone, filing, invoices and parts returns.
- Provide transportation for customers.
- Participate in training.

Qualifications

Required: This is a fast paced environment that requires practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and clear,



courteous communication are important for maintaining a tidy shop and assisting customers. You should be able to follow routine instructions, organize items carefully, and work cooperatively with colleagues. A valid drivers license with abstract is mandatory.

Preferred: Customer service experience, a willingness to learn and advance within the company.
