Role Description

We are looking for a motivated, "hustle-first" Sales Representative to help introduce our new management app to small automotive workshops in the local area.

This is a 100% Commission-Based role with a high payout of $522 per closed deal.

Responsibilities :

- Product Demos : Showing shop owners how the app simplifies their daily operations (scheduling, invoicing, customer management).
- Relationship Management : Building trust with business owners who may not be highly technical.




- Feedback Loop : Reporting back on common objections to help us refine the product.

Expectations & KPIs :

- Outreach : 10-15 "warm" visits per day.
- Demos : Setting up at least 3-5 live demos per week.
- Conversion : Moving leads from "interested" to a trial/onboarding phase.
- Experience in "blue-collar" sales or industrial services.
- Comfortable walking into a shop and starting a conversation.
- Highly organized and persistent.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (Commission Only)

- Earnings per Sale :$522.00 CAD** (30% per closed annual contract)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $4,176+ per month (based on 2 sales/week).
- No Cap on Earnings : The more shops you sign, the more you earn.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
