Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Travel within the market to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts and generate new leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct site visits and prepare comprehensive, professional proposals.
- Guide clients from initial contact through project completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Procure special order products, manage necessary documentation, and coordinate with clients to meet delivery schedules.
- Provide clients with detailed information on product selection and availability.

Qualifications :

- Proven sales experience within the construction industry, particularly with building supplies; roofing experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingualism is an asset but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.




- Technical education or experience in the building construction industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency with Internal CRM Software.

Additional Requirements :

- Ability to set up and climb an extension ladder to access commercial roofs.
- Reliable transportation for daily commuting to the office.

Work Schedule :

- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
