Elumea Lighting Co. is a long-established, locally owned lighting showroom known for genuine customer care, deep product knowledge, and a supportive, family-style team environment. Due to some recent changes, we are looking for a Lighting Sales Consultant to join our loyal, close-knit team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, likes a mix of design + problem-solving, and thrives in a steady, respectful environment where there is always something new to learn, customers come first and sales pressure is never part of the job. Also, there is the potential to learn more outside sales as a part of this job, of that is something that interests you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greeting customers warmly and helping them find the right lighting and/or lightbulbs
- Providing product guidance and basic design suggestions
- Creating quotes and entering sales into our system
- Communicating order timelines, backorders, and solutions (with support)
- Working together as a team




- Ensuring every customer feels taken care of from start to finish

Experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person.

Schedule, Wage & Benefits

- Full-time position :

- May Include Saturday

- Training wage : $18.50/hour

- Higher wage after training based on ability & responsibility :

- Benefits after 3 months for full-time employees
