Position Overview : As a Hearing Client Care Representative, you will be the face of our practice, providing concierge-level service to our clients. You will act as a vital liaison between our clients and Hearing Care Professionals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences that contribute to our business success.

What You’ll Do :

- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Use consultative conversations to help clients explore hearing solutions
- Schedule and confirm appointments to maximize clinic efficiency
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build robust relationships
- Process sales, payments, and third-party billing accurately
- Maintain organized client records and support daily clinic operations




- Collaborate with Hearing Specialists to achieve clinic sales targets and KPIs

Desired Qualifications :

- High School diploma (required); post-secondary education in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience in sales/marketing and client service.
- Administrative experience with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent phone skills and comfort in engaging with clients.
- Self-starter, emotionally intelligent, and capable of using good judgment.
- Comfortable working with seniors and helping them understand their hearing needs.
- Results-oriented and motivated to learn and develop your career.
