We’re growing fast - and we’re looking for driven sales professionals to grow with us.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be going door-to-door and business-to-business , building relationships, identifying potential clients, and selling our full range of asphalt maintenance and paving services.

This is a hands-on, face-to-face sales role - perfect for someone who thrives outdoors, loves meeting people, and isn’t afraid to hustle.

Commision Based Job.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door and business-to-business outreach
- Present and sell asphalt services (pothole repairs, sealcoating, line painting, etc.) to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Conduct site visits and assessments to provide accurate quotes
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets




- Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM
- Work closely with operations and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For :

- Proven experience in outside sales or direct-to-customer sales (construction or trade industries a plus)
- Comfortable walking, driving, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area
