Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and advantages
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Requirements :

- 1 year previous experience in retail FLOORING SALES
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating margins
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
