What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

- Investigate & Inspect : Examine homes and commercial buildings (including attics and crawlspaces) to identify pest activity and structural vulnerabilities.
- Consult & Educate :Speak with homeowners and business managers. Listen to their concerns,



explain your findings, and teach them how to prevent future issues.
- Treat & Protect :Use secure, eco-friendly treatments, set traps, and seal entry points with the right tools and equipment.
- Document :Keep accurate records of your findings, treatments applied, and recommendations using our mobile app.

Who We Are Looking For

You do NOT need prior pest control experience. We will pay you to learn, get licensed, and become an expert. We are looking for:

- The Customer Service Pro :You know how to de-escalate a stressed-out customer and build trust quickly.
- The Problem Solver :You are naturally curious and observant. You notice the little details others miss.
- The Independent Worker :You are self-motivated, punctual, and can be trusted to get the job done right when no one is watching.
- The Unfazed :Let's keep it real—you will see bugs, rodents, and occasionally have to navigate tight spaces or get your hands dirty. You need to be okay with this!

The Basics (Requirements)

- A valid FULL driver's licence (Class 5, NOT a Class 7/N ) with a clean driver's record (driver's abstract) for the past 3 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to walk, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
