Position Overview

This entry level Technical Sales Representative role is ideal for individuals new to sales or early in their sales career who have a strong technical or mechanical aptitude. You will be trained and supported to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationships while growing a sales territory.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on learning, customer interaction, and building a long‑term career in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and execute sales strategies including prospecting, lead follow‑up, and account development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers




- Support customers with basic technical guidance and coordinate troubleshooting when required
- Promote products and services using a consultative selling approach
- Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications & Experience

- Mechanical or technical aptitude; background or interest in hydraulics or fluid power is an asset
- Previous experience in industrial, technical, or customer‑facing roles is an advantage
- Willingness to learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Motivated, reliable, and results‑driven with a positive attitude
