Overview

Responsibilities

- Develop current client relationships through outside sales efforts and community engagement
- Conduct retail sales by presenting insurance products that meet client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance policies
- Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up with potential clients
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy processing
- Negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies
- Implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and increase brand awareness
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales,



retail sales, or telemarketing roles
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance sales or related financial services is preferred
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending solutions
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Experience with sales administration tools and CRM software is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
