This is a outstanding opportunity for those who are looking to get into Service Advising. Schedule : Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate : $19-$20 per hour A day in the life

- Greeting all service customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and managing the service phone line.
- Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments and service calls.
- Contacting customers with vehicle status updates and notifying them when vehicles are ready for pickup.
- Providing clear communication regarding service timelines and next steps.
- Filing service documents and maintaining organized records.
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Demonstrating a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Conducting post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.





What we look for

- We require a valid provincial driver’s license.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
- A positive can-do attitude!
