We are looking for a reliable Part time Line Cook in Port Alberni, BC who can work both independently and collaboratively, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is available to work flexible shifts. - WHAT YOU’LL DO :

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure the timely preparation and service of all food products.
- Assist with food preparation for other stations as needed.
- Support the execution of daily menus and specials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.




- Monitor inventory levels and ensure an adequate supply of food and materials.
- Present food in an appealing and appetizing manner, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Management team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING :

- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Ability to safely handle a variety of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
