As Assistant Manager, you will help deliver Farm Boy’s fresh shopping experience through collaborative leadership and team engagement. Your work includes executing departmental strategies, developing team members, maintaining operations, and supporting administrative functions. You will help create a supported team and welcoming customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service
- Execute departmental strategies with the Department Manager
- Train, coach, motivate, and recognize team members
- Lead team huddles and provide meaningful feedback




- Maintain merchandising, staffing, cleanliness, inventory, and ordering

Requirements:
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Post-secondary business education or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience
- Robust organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
