About the Role : Our Service Advisors work closely with customers and technicians to ensure a smooth and positive service experience. This role involves coordinating service appointments, communicating repair recommendations, and helping clients understand the maintenance needs of their vehicle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers promptly and professionally




- Schedule service appointments and gather vehicle information
- Clearly explain recommended services and document repair concerns accurately
- Assist in estimating repair costs and timelines
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Obtain customer authorization for additional work when required
- Support high levels of customer satisfaction and service retention
- Collaborate effectively with technicians and other team members

Qualifications :

- Minimum three years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a skilled attitude
- Previous Toyota dealership experience is considered an asset
