Lead staff housing operations at Sunshine Village through resident service, housing coordination, and policy application in an alpine workplace. Support employees and contractors living onsite.

As Staff Accommodation Assistant Supervisor, you will liaise with Sunshine teams, food and beverage, Security, HR, Legal, and Management. The position coordinates housing, supports residents, maintains documentation, and addresses tenant issues professionally. You will also help oversee custodial, maintenance, and Resident Advisor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate available housing, transfers, and room inspections
- Ensure complete resident and coordinator documentation
- Investigate tenant incidents and implement appropriate solutions
- Maintain furniture, amenities, resident records, and rent information
- Coordinate repairs, cleaning,



safety reporting, and RA activities

Requirements:
- Minimum two years’ accommodation, recreation, tourism, or similar experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred; relevant experience considered
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and onsite work
- English communication, confidentiality, organization, and calm under pressure
